Ceres Power Holdings plc ("Ceres" or the "Company")

Application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange Plc for a block listing of up to 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each. The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's EMI Option scheme. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
