Ceres Power Holdings plc ("Ceres" or the "Company")
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 48,675,716 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM in connection with the Company's EMI Option Scheme. These New Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the scheme. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
As at today, there are 536,831,973 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. The Company will notify on a monthly basis when there are changes to the issued share capital of the Company, and these monthly figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
