Director/PDMR Shareholding
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs") with them
Westminster Holdings Limited ("Westminster"), a company wholly owned and controlled by the Westminster Trust (a discretionary trust of which the beneficiaries include Farouq Sheikh and Haroon Sheikh, the Company's Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively) has sold, in aggregate, 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").
The transaction, which took place on market on 23 June 2017 at a price of 445 pence per share, was undertaken in response to continued strong levels of institutional demand.
The resultant interests of Mr F Sheikh and Mr H Sheikh and their PCAs in the issued share capital of the Company are set out below:
