Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified that the following PDMRs and their person closely associated ("PCAs") have acquired ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company on 27 July 2020 as detailed in the table below. The transactions were made on the London Stock Exchange in connection with the placing of new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company of approximately 16.6 per cent. of the Company's existing ordinary share capital.
