Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified of the exercise on 17 February 2021 by Phillip Lyons, a PDMR, of the option granted to him under the Countryside Properties PLC Save As You Earn Plan. The option over 6,376 ordinary shares of £0.01 of the Company ("Shares") was granted on 19 December 2017 at a price of £2.823 per share. Following the exercise of the option, the Shares were sold.
