Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
The Company has been notified that Daniel McGowan, a PDMR, was granted an award (in the form of a conditional share award) in the ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on 4 March 2021 under the Countryside Properties PLC Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP Award"). The 98,910 Shares subject to the LTIP Award has been determined by reference to the average of the middle market prices of a Share on 1, 2 and 3 March 2021 of £4.9287 per Share. The LTIP Award will vest on 4 March 2024, subject to the rules of the Countryside Properties PLC Long Term Incentive Plan and to the extent that the prescribed Performance Targets have been satisfied.
