Change to Results Date

 

Countryside Properties plc announces that its full year results for the year ending 30 September 2020 will now be published on Thursday 3 December 2020 (previously 19 November 2020). 

 

This revised date has been agreed at the request of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the Group's auditor, and reflects the impact of COVID-19 on the audit process. Additionally, the Company will publish a pre-close trading statement on Thursday 15 October 2020.

 

As a consequence of the change in reporting date above, the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday 5 February 2021.
