Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that, as at the 31 August 2022, the Company has 43,661,199 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue with no shares held in treasury.
This above figure is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
