Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Further to the Company's announcements dated 26, 27 January and 1 February 2022 in relation to the Company's acquisition of Capital Currencies Limited, Placing with new shareholders and Subscription by certain directors of New Ordinary Shares at a price of 26.5 pence per share; the Company can confirm that, as part of the Subscription Elliott Mannis, Chairman of Cornerstone, subscribed for 18,868 New Ordinary Shares, Julian Wheatland, CEO, subscribed for 18,868 New Ordinary, Judy Happe, CFO, subscribed for 11,320 New Ordinary Shares and Gareth Edwards, non-Executive Director, subscribed for 37,736 New Ordinary Shares.
Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, in respect of the Subscription, to trading today, the Directors' and other significant PDMRs' interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares are as follows:
