Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that, Gareth Edwards, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company on 16 January 2023, that on 16 January 2023, he sold 205,300 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.5p per Ordinary Share from his General Investment Account and repurchased 205,300 Ordinary Shares at a price of 8.515p per Ordinary Share in his SIPP.
Following these matching transactions, his beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 669,346 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.37% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company following the Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights announcement made yesterday, 16 January 2023.
