Directorate Change

Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that Glyn Barker, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company of his intention to step down from the Board with effect from 3 May 2022. This stems from his desire to reduce the number of roles in his directorship portfolio.

Glyn will continue to offer support to the Company by joining its advisory panel, a much less time-consuming role than that of a Non-Executive Director

The search for a replacement has already commenced and a further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.

The Board would like to thank Glyn for his contribution over the last 18 months and wishes him well for the future.
