AGM Statement and Analyst Presentation

19 November 2009 - Craneware plc (AIM: CRW), a leader in financial improvement software solutions for the US healthcare market, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10am today at the Company's headquarters in Livingston, Scotland. At the meeting, Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company will make the following statement:

"Craneware has enjoyed a strong start to the year with trading progressing in line with the Board's expectations for the year as a whole. We are pleased to inform shareholders that the reseller agreement with McKesson Corporation, signed in September 2009, has already resulted in four new hospital contracts. This adds to our continued strong sales momentum, building on the signing of a significant multi-year contract in September. We therefore continue to view the future with confidence."

On 20 November 2009, Craneware will be hosting a presentation for analysts at the Company's headquarters. No further update will be given on current trading. Copies of the presentation will be available to download from the Company's website www.craneware.com.
