Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, Cairn Homes plc ("the Company") confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at 31 May 2017 was 722,987,257 with a nominal value of €0.001 each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Transparency Rules is, therefore, 722,987,257.
