The Company received a notification on 27 February 2020 from Praude Asset Management Ltd, stating that, as of 26 February 2020, it has an interest in 1,329,366 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 4.84% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 27,443,935 ordinary shares.
