The July 2015 awards under the Plan were made today to the following Directors, over ordinary shares of 1p each in Carpetright plc as follows:

The price used to determine the value of the awards was 577p per share, being the average of the middle market quotation for Carpetright shares as derived from the LSE Daily Official List for the 5 trading days prior to the date of the award. The awards will vest, subject to the terms of the Plan (including the performance condition being met), in July 2018.
