CPPGroup Plc ("CPP" or the "Company")TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1(R), the Company would like to notify the market of the following.

As at 31 October 2021 the Company's capital consisted of 8,833,198 ordinary shares of £1.00 each. All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
