CPP Group (AIM: CPP), the international products and services business, today announces that Nick Cooper will be stepping down from the Board and his position as Non-Executive Director with effect from 28th February 2021 to focus on his Executive role as General Counsel & Company Secretary of Johnson Matthey Plc.
