CPPGroup Plc ("CPP" or the "Group") today announces that Patrick De Smedt has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in order to enable him to focus on other business interests. Mr De Smedt will remain as a Non-Executive Director until 15 November 2012.
Mr De Smedt, who joined the Board in August 2010, is also Chairman of the Group Remuneration Committee.
The Board would like to thank Patrick for his valued contribution during his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours.
