Appointment of Non-Executive Director

CPPGroup Plc ("CPP" or the "Group") today announces the appointment of Shaun Astley-Stone as a non-executive Director.
Β
Shaun worked previously for the Group as interim UK Managing Director from August 2012 until May 2013, during which time he was instrumental in building the customer focus of the UK business and in improving regulatory relationships.
Β
As well as his knowledge of the Group, Shaun brings a wealth of experience of the retail Financial Services sector.

The Company confirms that there is no information to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R.
