Block listing of shares
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of a Block Listing of 5,507,705 ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid, to the Official List, and for these securities to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
The application is in respect of 10 pence ordinary shares that may fall to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the following Schemes:

CPPGroup Plc Restricted Stock Plan (2010) ("RSP") | 357,041 |
Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP") | 6,269 |
The ordinary shares will, upon issue, be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Admission is expected to occur on Thursday, 4 September 2014.
