Publication of Final Terms under £4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme)

Compass Group PLC (the Company) has published the following Final Terms under the EMTN Programme maintained by the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Compass Group International B.V. and Compass Group Finance Netherlands B.V. (CGFN BV):

Final Terms dated 3 September 2018 in respect of an issue of £250,000,000 2.000 per cent. Notes due 2025 issued by the Company (the Sterling Notes)

Final Terms dated 3 September 2018 in respect of an issue of €500,000,000 1.500 per cent. Notes due 2028 issued by CGFN BV and guaranteed by the Company (the Euro Notes and together with the Sterling Notes, the Notes)

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 19 July 2018, including all documents incorporated by reference (the Prospectus), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended. Full information on the Company, CGFN BV and in respect of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
