Compass Group PLC confirms that Mrs Ireena Vittal, has been appointed as a Non-executive director of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC). HDFC is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange. The Company also confirms that with effect from 1 April 2019 Mrs Vittal will step down from the Board of Cipla Limited.
