Final Dividend
In its results for the year ended 31 December 2014 announced earlier today, Costain announced that the Board is recommending a final dividend of 6.25 pence per share. If approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2015, the final dividend will be paid on 22 May 2015 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 17 April 2015.
