Costain Group PLC, the smart infrastructure solutions company, is today holding its Annual General Meeting.

Andrew Wyllie CBE, chief executive, will review the past year in a short presentation which will not include any new material information. He will also confirm that current trading is in line with expectations and that the Board remains confident in the future and looks forward to reporting on further progress in 2018.
