Change of Auditor

 

Cenkos Securities plc today announces that following a competitive audit tender process carried out by the Company, the Board has approved the appointment of BDO LLP as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.

 

Ernst & Young LLP have resigned as auditors to the Company and have confirmed that there are no matters connected with their resignation that they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

 

As a result of the audit review handover process, together with the added timing complexities of an audit tender process taking place during the current Covid-19 period, the Company now expects that its results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2020 will be released in mid-October.
