Director Shareholdings
Acquisition of ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’)
On 25 January 2016, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:
Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 963 Shares at a price of 206.7 pence per Share; Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 976 Shares at a price of 206.7 pence per Share; and Steve Pusey, a Director of the Company, purchased 898 Shares at a price of 206.7 pence per Share.The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 January 2016.
This announcement is made following notification under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
