Listing Status Update

Within the Interim Management Statement dated 16 February 2010, the Board communicated its objective is to drive shareholder value over the medium term and that it intends to do this within the framework of a public listing which provides for liquidity in the shares with an appropriate degree of flexibility for a company of its size.

The Board has now completed consultation on that process and has concluded that the most appropriate method of achieving these objectives is to seek a "standard listing" under the FSA's revised listing rules that take effect from 6 April 2010.

This recommendation will be put to shareholders by way of a circular and subsequent special resolution at the Company's AGM in July 2010.
