NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Mr C A Gurry (Managing Director) and his wife sold a total of 5,307 ordinary 5 p shares in CML Microsystems Plc at £4.08. Following this transaction he and his wife hold 917,567 ordinary 5 p shares in CML Microsystems Plc representing 5.78% of the issued share capital.
