CML Microsystems PLC28 February 2008 CML Microsystems Plc ("the Company") Director's Shareholding The Company was notified today that on 27 February 2008 one of George WilliamGurry's family trusts (which are declared as share held by George William Gurryin a non-beneficial capacity) carried out the following transactions: - Sold 80,000 5p ordinary shares to George William Gurry, personally, at price of81.5p each. Transferred 440,000 5p ordinary shares each to Christopher Arthur Gurry (ChiefExecutive), Michael Ian Gurry and Tina Mary Rose Dean (total shares transferred1,320,000).
