NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 31 March 2011, the Company issued 153,846 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 5p in satisfaction of employees and directors exercising their rights over share options. Following this the company has 15,706,696 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Additionally on 31 March 2011, the Company was notified that the following director made the following transactions in relation to ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company:

Mr Nigel Clark, Finance Director and Company Secretary, exercised options over 153,846 Ordinary Shares at 5p. Following this transaction he and his wife hold 230,599 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.47% of the newly increased issued share capital.
