Director/PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that on 28 June 2023, Chris Gurry, Group Managing Director, transferred a total of 170,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a trust, in which Mr Gurry and his wife are trustees. Mr Gurry has also gifted an additional 20,694 Ordinary Shares. Mr Gurry and his wife now have a total interest in 1,263,458 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.9% of its issued share capital.
Further information is disclosed below in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
