Application for Block Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 1,025,918 CML ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon issue.

This block listing is pursuant to the employee share option scheme. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares.
