Pinnacle Technology Group plc, the AIM listed provider of converged technology solutions, announces that it was informed on 10th February that on that date Mr. Simon Duckworth, Non-Executive Director, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
Accordingly Mr Duckworth has a beneficial interest in 4,250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.9% of the Company's current issued share capital.
