Director's Dealings

The Board of Elektron was notified yesterday that Keith Roy, Non Executive Director, yesterday purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12.42 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Roy is now interested in 5,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.006 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
