In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company announces that Paul R Edick, a Non-Executive Director of Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: CIR), was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of PDL BioPharma Inc (NASDAQ: PDLI) on 8 September 2015. He was also appointed in June 2015 as a Non-Executive Director of Neos Therapeutics Inc, which closed its initial public offering (NASDAQ: NEOS) on 28 July 2015.
