Director Dealing - Correction

On 8 May 2015 Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc ("Circassia" or "the Company") notified that it was informed on 7 May 2015 that earlier that day Charles Swingland, 62, a Non-Executive Director of the Company transferred 265,450 ordinary shares in the Company to his Self-Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"). The ordinary shares were sold by Mr Swingland at a price of 301.375p each to his SIPP trustees Tower Pension Trustees Limited.

Following these transactions Mr Swingland's beneficial interest remained unchanged at 5,721,677 ordinary shares, rather than 5,186,302 ordinary shares as stated in the announcement of 8 May, representing 2.77% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
