As part of an internal reallocation of responsibilities within the Blackstone group, The Blackstone Group International Partners LLP ("BGIP") will be appointed in place of GSO Capital Partners International LLP as investment advisor of Carador Income Fund plc ("Carador"). BGIP shall act in an advisory capacity only and has no discretionary powers in respect of any of the assets of Carador. The change in investment adviser will not result in a change in the portfolio team or investment process applied to Carador. The contractual arrangements and terms remain the same in all other respects.
The change will be effective from 1 July 2018.
BGIP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, and both BGIP and GSO / Blackstone Debt Funds Management LLC (the Investment Manager) are in the same group of companies.
