Chrysalis announces that further to the Chairman's statement in the 30 September 2025 audited financial statements, Mrs Anne Ewing, a non-executive Director of the Company, has expressed her desire to step down from the Board of Directors for personal reasons with effect from today.

The Board wish to express their gratitude to Mrs Ewing for all her hard work and valued contribution to the Company during her tenure.
