Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (AIM: CHAR) the Atlantic margins focused oil and gas company, announces that further to the final results announcement on 17 June 2020 a full set of its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months to 31 December 2019 is today being published on its website www.chariotoilandgas.com.
Due to Covid-19 related delays we anticipate that the printed copy of the Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders by the end of July 2020, a further announcement will be made when the Annual Report and Accounts are posted.
