Further to the announcements published on 29 September 2017 in connection with the initial public offering of the Company and publication of the Prospectus, Charter Court Financial Services Group plc ("CCFS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its entire issued share capital, comprising 239,130,419 Ordinary Shares, has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "CCFS".
