Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Computacenter plc (the "Company") is required to notify the market of the total number of voting rights and capital in the Company as at the end of each calendar month in which an increase or decrease has occurred.

As at 31 July 2024, Computacenter plc's issued share capital consisted of 122,687,970 ordinary shares of 75/9 pence each ("Shares"), of which 8,781,583 Shares are held by the Company in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 July 2024 is 113,906,387 (Total Voting Rights).

The Total Voting Rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
