Publication of Prospectus and Listing and Admission of up to 500,000,000 Additional Global Depositary Receipts

 

Reference is made to Press Release issued by CIB in December 2013, regarding the temporary closure of the Bank's GDR Reg S. & 144A issuances due to exceeding the United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA) limit in the prospectus.

CIB is pleased to announce that the filing procedure of a new prospectus in relation to the listing and admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange of up to 500,000,000 Additional Global Depositary Receipts is complete. The new Prospectus has been approved by the UKLA and the actual listing and admission to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange has occurred on 4 July 2014 ("Admission"). The Admission brings the total number of Global Depositary Receipts listed by CIB to up to 680,000,000.

الانتهاء من إجراءات تعديل نمودج نشرة الطرح الدولية (Prospecttus) المتعلقة بشهادات الإيداع الدولية للبنك التجارى الدولى-مصر

بالإشارة إلى البيان الذى أصدره البنك التجارى الدولى فى ديسمبر2013 بخصوص إيقاف عمليات الإصدار الجديدة لشهادات الإيداع الدولية بفئتيها 144A & Reg S فى بورصة لندن بصفة مؤقتة كنتيجة لتخطى الحد الأقصى المسموح به لعدد شهادات الإيداع الدولية المصدرة والذى كان قد تم النص عليه فى النشرة المسجلة بها تلك الشهادات لدى جهة التسجيل المخوله فى المملكة المتحدة، يسر البنك أن يعلن عن انتهائه من إجراءات تعديل نموذج نشرة الطرح الدولية (Prospectus)  المتعلقة بشهادات الإيداع الدولية للبنك. وتم الحصول على موافقة جهة التسجيل المخوله فى المملكة المتحدة (UKLA) على نشرة الطرح الجديدة والتى تتضمن الحد الأقصى الجديد المسموح به لعدد شهادات الإيداع الدولية التى يمكن إصدارها وتبلغ 500 مليون شهادة إيداع دولية. وتم تسجيل وإدراج هذه الشهادات الإضافية فى القائمة الرئيسية وأصبحت متاحة للتداول فى بورصة لندن اعتباراً من الرابع من يوليو 2014. وبهذا الطرح الجديد يصبح إجمالى عدد شهادات الإيداع الدولية الخاصة بالبنك التجارى الدولى 680 مليون شهادة.
