Director's Dealings Notification

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified today that Mr. G.V. Sherren, the Chairman of Centaur Media Plc, had on 14 November 2008 purchased 12,500 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP 0.46 per share. 

As a result of this transaction Mr G.V. Sherren is now interested in 8,740,770 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 6.204% of the issued share capital.
