Centaur Media Plc, an international provider of business intelligence, learning and specialist consultancy, notes yesterday's announcement from Frontier Developments plc ("Frontier") that Leslie-Ann Reed will join the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee on 1 June 2023.

Leslie-Ann continues as Centaur's Non-Executive Director. She has been a Non-Executive Director of Centaur since March 2020 and is Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
