NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2R OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

The Company received notification on 14 May 2015 that Robyn Merrington and Rob's Trust, a trust for which Robyn is the beneficiary, each acquired 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 May 2015 at a price of 56.0p.

Robyn Merrington is the daughter of Louis Norval. Following this transaction Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in ordinary shares in the Company of 201,063,099 shares representing 28.692% of the issued share capital.
