Cabot Energy Plc (AIM: CAB), the AIM quoted oil and gas company focussed on creating predictable production growth in Canada, announces that, following the issue of 1,442,840 new ordinary shares during the month ended 30 June 2019, the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights as at the date of this announcement is 33,378,590 ordinary shares of 1p each.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury therefore, the above figure of 33,378,590 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
