VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, Bellway p.l.c. announces that, as at 29 May 2026, Bellway p.l.c.'s ordinary issued share capital consisted of 114,516,117 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Bellway p.l.c. does not hold any shares in Treasury.

As at the date of this announcement, The Bellway Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") holds 463,997 Ordinary Shares. The EBT has waived its right to exercise the voting rights and to receive dividends in respect of these Ordinary Shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Bellway p.l.c. as at 29 May 2026 is 114,052,120.
