Britvic plc (the "Company") was notified on 4 February 2020 that Simon Litherland, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), exercised and sold Shares1 granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan (Approved) ("ESOP Approved"), under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan (Unapproved) ("ESOP Unapproved") and under the Performance Share Plan (Nil cost) ("PSP") as follows:

Following the above transactions, Simon's interest in the Company's Shares (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIPs and interests as potential beneficiaries of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) remains unchanged at 311,633 Shares which represents 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital. This holding fulfils more than twice the requirement that applies to the CEO under the Company's approved Remuneration Policy.
