Further to the announcement on 5 September 2019, concerning the appointment of Joanne Wilson as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Britvic confirms that she has taken up the appointment today, and announces that the following conditional awards have been granted to her, to acquire Shares1 for no consideration under a buy-out agreement, in reliance of the exemption granted in Listing Rule 9.4.2(2).
