CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Ian McHoul, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. ("Young's"). Ian is due to join the Board of Young's on 24 January 2018.
